General terms and conditions of use of the website Prime Legal Abogados
1. Object
These conditions regulate the use (including the mere access) of the Internet website (the “Site”) that Prime Legal Abogados makes available to Internet users. The Site is property of Prime Legal Abogados, with Tax Identification Number B-16.685.075 and domicile to these effects in Portal de l’Àngel 36, 08002 Barcelona, Spain (“Prime Legal Abogados”).
The access to the Site makes you a user of the Site (the “User”) and implies your full acceptance without restrictions of these conditions.
This Legal Notice may be subject to amendments at any time and without prior notice and in consequence the User shall carefully read it each time he intends to use the Site.
2. Conditions of use
2.1 The User undertakes to use the Site and its contents in accordance with the applicable law and this Legal Notice. The use of this Site with the purposes of harming the image, the interests or the rights of Prime Legal Abogados or of third parties, as well as in general any use contrary to the applicable legislation, is expressly forbidden. The User will be liable for any damage that may be caused as a consequence of the breach of said obligations.
2.2 The contents of this Site have been prepared for information purposes only. The Site may not, under any circumstances, be considered to replace legal or any other kind of advice. 4. Limitation of liability
4.1 The User’s access and use of the Site is at his own risk. Prime Legal Abogados does not assume any liability for any errors or omissions in its content or any other content that may be accessed through it. Prime Legal Abogados may not be held liable either for any damage arising as a result of the access and/or use of the Site, or for actions carried out on the basis of its information.
4.2 Access to the Site does not imply any obligation on Prime Legal Abogados to control the absence of viruses or any other malware. User is responsible in all cases for having adequate tools for detecting and disinfecting malwares, Prime Legal Abogados not accepting any liability for any damage caused to the hardware of Users or of third parties during the provision of the Site’s service.
4.3 Access to the Site requires from third parties’ supplies and services, not assuming Prime Legal Abogados any liability for losses or damages of any kind to User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunication networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Site service.

5. Data protection
5.1 Prime Legal Abogados reserves the right to store any data voluntarily submitted by User in a personal data file created under Prime Legal Abogados’ responsibility for the purposes of processing User’s requests and/or queries.
5.2 Prime Legal Abogados adopts security measures with the levels required taking into consideration the nature of the data that are being processed at any given time. Notwithstanding, technical security in a medium such as Internet is not impregnable and there may be willful misconducts by third parties.
5.3 User shall be entitled to exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms legally foreseen by submitting a written request by post (attaching an official proof of identity) to Prime Legal Abogados, Portal de l’Àngel 36, 08002 Barcelona, Spain, or by e-mail to info@primelegalabogados.com, specifying in the envelop or in the subject the mention “Legal Notice”.
5.4 In compliance with article 22.2 of the Act 34, 2002, of July 11, on information society and e-commerce services, Prime Legal Abogados will only use devices for storing and retrieving data (cookies) when the User will have granted his prior consent in this respect in accordance with what is indicated in the User’s pop-up browser window when he first accesses the Site.
6. Legislation
The general conditions included in this Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish laws.
